Hello,

I purchased the dual standard arm.

For one of the arm, I put a regular monitor and it works fine.

But the second one, the arm keeps going back up, it doesn't remain in the lower position I set it.

How can I keep the arm in the low position? I checked the manual but I can't find the answer.
